深圳蒲典网讯(见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 李慧)在灾害和意外发生的第一时间,社区居民群众的自救、互救是最重要,也是最有效的。7月25日,深圳市罗湖区社区应急志愿者救援队项目正式启动,未来,社区救援队也将成为时政府相关部门、专业救援组织开展防灾减灾工作的补充力量。罗湖区政协副主席高金德、罗湖区应急局局长左志亮、罗湖区笋岗街道党工委书记全洪亮等与部分区政协委员、辖区居民共200多人参加启动仪式。据了解,该项目由罗湖政协委员公益基金出资设立,目标是在2020年之前,建成一支熟识风险、快速响应的辅助型救援队伍,关键时刻要把抢救生命放在第一位,助力罗湖成为深圳首个社区力量参与救援的区域。启动仪式上,左志亮表示,社区应急志愿者救援队的建设将作为政府救援力量的有效补充,将是共建、共治、共享的社会治理理念在基层应急减灾方面的具体体现,适应新时代、新形势。期待这个项目能通过笋西扎根,在全区开花结果,让更多的市民学会自救,学会互救,邻里守望,共筑安全。社区志愿者救援队的队员均来自社区,熟悉社区所有的风险点,通过专业培训,不仅能将风险点识别出来,还能将这些事落实到实处,形象化。比如,台风来临前,他们可以去小区巡查,看谁家的阳台有容易掉落的东西,告诉居民做好防范工作,他们了解小区里哪些住户是孤寡老人,可以重点去他们的家里看是否做好准备了、有没有买好菜。做简单而正确的事,就是他们的巨大价值。启动会上,深圳公益救援队与笋西社区应急志愿者救援队在现场还做了演练展示。笋西社区应急志愿者救援队队长何康熙表示:要“掌握过硬的救援技能、打造坚实的救援团队、弘扬无私的奉献精神,做一名合格的救援队员”,要齐心协力,在突发事件发生时,第一时间进行施救,为救援部门实施救援争取更多的时间、更大的空间,更有利的状况。

他寄望医院以新大楼启用及“中山大学第八临床学院”挂牌为契机，借助中山大学医科专家技术团队强有力的支持，充分发挥医院自身发展优势，积极整合医院优质资源，通过人才引进、技术合作、学科发展、深圳水疗松腿科学研究、优化管理等方面的建设，加快推进医院的软、硬实力的建设，实现 “全国百强”医院的宏伟目标，真正造福福田乃至深圳的百姓。
