按蚊（图片由深圳市疾控中心提供）见圳客户端·深圳蒲典网2019年7月29日讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 刘梦婷 通讯员 马起山）要说到“杀人如麻”，你绝对想不到，战绩最“辉煌”的竟然是只“死蚊子”。疟疾（俗称“打摆子”），是经按蚊叮咬或输入带疟原虫者的血液而感染疟原虫所引起的虫媒传染病”。如今，全球每年仍有2－3亿人感染疟疾，导致近50万人死亡。深圳也曾疟疾成灾，大亚湾核电站都被迫停工。为了消灭它，深圳人使出了各种“野路子”。2018年，深圳正式宣告成功消除了这一古老传染病，打赢了一场“抗疟”大战。全球每年有50万人死于疟疾按蚊是“蚊虫”界的三大吸血家族之一，外号“疟蚊”，因为疟疾这种急性传染病，主要就是由它们叮咬传播的。疟疾（俗称“打摆子”），至少3000多年前就开始在我国“肆虐”。时至今日，全球每年仍有2－3亿人感染疟疾，导致近50万人死亡，主要发生在非洲、东南亚等地区。因此，在全世界最致命的动物排行榜中，小小的按蚊稳坐头把交椅，是不折不扣的人类第一杀手。2018年2月，一名中国女孩被公司派遣到非洲工作，在迪拜因感染疟疾不幸去世。据新闻报道，该女子最初只是感觉身体不适，头痛发烧，以为是感冒。6天后，病情加重，昏迷不醒，送去当地医院，被查出已是严重脑型疟，最终不治身亡。深圳也曾疟疾成灾，大亚湾核电站都被迫停工“六月谷子满，北寒鬼上床。十人九个疟，无人送药汤。”这是50年代广东的一首民谣，足以形容当时疟疾的猖獗。解放初期，宝安县（深圳市的前身）疟疾流行严重，1954年的发病率达到历史最高点（7602．8／10万），全县共发现1．4万多例疟疾，平均每100个人就有8人中招。到了80年代初，深圳的“蚊灾”更加泛滥。“当时晚上随手一抓，就能抓到三五只蚊子，现在的国贸周边，当时是一大片西洋菜地，每天在那里捞出的孑孓（蚊子的幼虫）就有5斤多。”原深圳市防疫站（深圳市疾控中心前身）医师钟健明（82岁）说。当时，以基建工程兵为代表的百万建设大军正进驻深圳，妥妥地撞在了蚊子们的“枪口”上。1983年，深圳的疟疾发病人数占了当时广东省大陆（不含海南）的60％，1984年全年发病总数高达7427例，比1979年的7例增加了一千多倍，而且病例主要分布在生产建设较快的特区管理线两侧。正在建设的大亚湾核电站也暴发了疟疾疫情。当时核电站的1号反应堆刚启动土建，黑龙江工人来了以后就感染上了，大部分都趴下了，全是“打摆子”，整个工程也被迫“趴窝”。为了灭掉他，深圳人的路子有多野？深圳疟情严峻，从国家到地方都很“着急”——•国家卫生部于1984年向全国通报了深圳的疟疾暴发情况，要求迅速采取措施控制疫情发展；•一河之隔的香港卫生当局也“慌”了，多次来函询问疫情的动态。然而，当时深圳全市只有20个懂“抗疟”的人（3名分管寄生虫的专业人员＋17名基层防疫医生），他们要管的地方却有2000多平方公里辣么大！但我们是深圳人啊！三天就能盖一层楼，这小小的蚊子怕啥？只要路子野，谁都不敢惹！1、“要特区，不要疫区！”面对疟疾暴发，深圳市政府紧急应对，召开疟疾防控工作会议，喊出“要特区，不要疫区”的口号，立下了“一年控制，三年基本消灭疟疾”的“军令状”。•《关于外来民工的疟疾防治工作管理规定》等一系列文件迅速出台……•建筑、农副业、公安、劳动、旅游、卫生、园林、财政、街道等部门，全都动了起来，联手“抗疟”！2、露出雪白的大腿：有种来咬我啊！疟疾是由蚊虫传播，所以，第一步必须搞清楚“凶手”（媒介）究竟是哪些蚊子，这在专业上叫蚊媒鉴定。当时的深圳还到处都是荒坡野岭，如今福田的CBD也只是一大片农田，成群结队出没的蚊子“个头大，毒性大，本领大”。怎么抓住它们呢？蚊子找吃的不是用眼，而是靠“捕捉”人呼出的二氧化碳、散发的汗和热量。没错，“人味儿”才是它们的至爱。“为了抓蚊子鉴定，我们这些工作人员要到牛房、人房去捕蚊，我们捕蚊是怎么样呢？要把腿脚拉起来，穿着短裤，还要把上衣脱掉，然后两个人，一个人抓着吸蚊管，一个人给蚊来咬，用雪白的人体来诱蚊。”原深圳市卫生防疫站副主任医师郭鍟安回忆。进牛房捕蚊子，那更叫一个惨！“我们进到牛房去抓蚊子，一呼吸就把干牛粪、尘土，都吸到嘴巴里面，也经常吸到脏东西，有时候蚊子也吸到嘴里，又腥又臭。”原深圳市卫生防疫站副主任医师张小岚说。这些简单粗暴的方法，暴露风险极高，所以有些工作人员也不幸感染了疟疾。通宵捕蚊回来，他们还不能回家睡觉，第二天一早还得“趁热打铁”，解剖蚊子，把蚊子放在解剖镜下面，把唾液腺和胃拉出来，然后染色，看看里面有没有疟原虫子孢子（蚊子是在咬人时，把携带的疟原虫传给人，再导致人体感染）。经过多年的蹲点和风餐露宿的调查，他们终于基本摸清：在深圳地区传播疟疾的，主要是这四种按蚊——嗜人按蚊、中华按蚊、微小按蚊、日月潭按蚊。3、“我被民工一棍打断两条肋骨”抓蚊子的同时，卫生防疫工作者还要深入疫区做调查，给乡亲居民抽血体检，发放预防药品，喷洒驱蚊药物，用杀虫剂浸泡每家每户的蚊帐……“当时条件很差，下乡调查，都是骑单车、走山路，单位只有两辆摩托车，单车也不多，也就是四五辆。”深圳市福田区疾控中心主治医师庄厚雄回忆。卫生防疫人员要挨家挨户走工棚、穿农舍、上鱼排，但有些民众不理解，常常拒不开门。“当时有一个民工，拿了一个很粗的棍，直接打过来，我左边两根肋骨都被打断了。“钟健明说。为了打开每一扇门，工作人员想尽办法，白话、潮州话、湛江话、客家话轮流上，乡民终于被打动，主动开门接受采血检查。•1984年－1989年间，深圳卫生防疫人员用菊酯类杀虫剂浸泡了70多万顶蚊帐，为110多万人带来防护。•1980－1989年，他们喷洒了554．17万平方米室内面积，保护了47．3万人。”野路子“好使！猖狂的疟疾”绝迹“了随着各方努力以及卫生条件改善，“抗疟”前线捷报频传，深圳取得节节胜利！•1994年开始，深圳的疟疾发病率持续下降•1997年，发病率下降至1／万以下，为建市后的首次，达到国家基本消除疟疾的标准•2003年开始，发病率下降至1／10万以下•2009年8月，深圳龙岗的平湖街道报告了全市最后一例本地疟疾病例•2010年－2018年，深圳已连续9年没有本地疟疾病例报告•2018年，深圳高分通过广东省消除疟疾考核的验收，正式宣告成功消除了这一古老传染病1999年，一直冲在“抗疟”最前线的寄生虫病防制科也退出了历史舞台。深圳市疾控中心主任医师高世同说：“这以后的工作分为两块走，一方面是做现场工作，另外一块就是搞科学研究。”经过了前后几年的研究，深圳的疟疾诊断研究先后获得广东省科技进步三等奖、深圳市科技进步二等奖，疟疾疫苗的研究也获得深圳市科技进步二等奖。成功消除疟疾，这是深圳公共卫生领域里程碑式的大事！深圳报告了6例输入疟疾如今的深圳人岁月静好，但非洲、东南亚很多老百姓仍在“负重前行”，当地的疟疾一直处于高发态势。全球每年仍有2－3亿人感染疟疾，导致近50万人死亡。中国人前往这些疫区，一不小心就可能惹病上身，并带回中国。深圳市疾控中心统计，2019年1－4月，深圳就报告了6例恶性疟病例，全部为境外输入性病例，主要来自非洲的疟疾高发疫区。深圳是全国最大的口岸城市，一天最多曾有100．5万人次出入境，疟疾经口岸输入并引起深圳本地暴发流行的风险依然存在，疟疾防治工作一刻也不能放松。“虽然30年前我们取得了’抗疟’战斗的胜利，现在又提前完成了消除疟疾的目标，但我们要清醒地看到，我们仍然面临输入病例的防控任务，要继续完善疫情报告网络，加强蚊媒防治工作，真正实现长期、稳定消除疟疾。”深圳市卫生健康委主任罗乐宣说。健康知多点：出国游要怎么“防身”？1、出国前先“备点货”前往非洲、东南亚疟疾高度流行的国家或地区（包括肯尼亚、尼日利亚、莫桑比克、刚果金等），最好提前配备一定的疟疾防治药物（包括复方青蒿素片、哌喹片、氯喹、伯氨喹等）。2、去到那要“全副武装”如穿长袖衣服、涂抹防蚊油、睡觉时安放蚊帐。在蚊虫滋生繁殖旺盛季节，可采用灭蚊药水对居住地进行喷洒，或对蚊帐进行处理。3、一旦发热，赶紧确认是否中了疟疾在疟疾流行区生活期间或者离开后3个月内，如果出现发热症状，应高度怀疑疟疾，须立即就医，并主动告知医生疫区旅行史。4、回国后再“搜”一次身从疟疾流行区回国的人，最好去医疗机构做一次疟疾排查，防患于未然。

深圳蒲典网2019年7月26日讯 陪伴是最长情的告白！对于大多数的孩子来说，与父母一起吃晚餐、逛公园、做游戏，每一天都是都是那样的温馨和美好，而对于留守儿童来说一年仅有几次的相见、团聚更显陪伴的重要，团聚的珍贵。7月25日，历时12天，行程超过3000公里的小候鸟·团圆计划第二季在联想、天虹、比亚迪等爱心企业的共同努力下画上了圆满的句号。小燊瑶、小天佑、小姗姗和小铭炜先后走出留守乡村，来到了深圳，与他们的父母完成了团聚。 据了解，小燊瑶爸爸肖湘目前是中山大学建设项目电工，每年只有春节才有时间回家与家人团聚；小天佑爸爸李钢奇是腾邦物业的一名保安，因为工作性质，除了长时间的工作时长外，假期少也是阻碍一家团聚的重要原因，有时过年都离不开工作岗位；小铭炜爸爸陈雄则是巴士集团鹏程电动（鹏程、龙汽）公司的一名司机，常年早出晚归，也只有春节才能够回家与亲人团圆。7月23日至24日，为了让小候鸟们能够在深圳度过难忘而美好的时光，小候鸟·团圆计划摄制组组织了小候鸟家庭走进世界之窗以及天虹商场（松瑞店）一起欢度家庭团聚时光。 在世界之窗，来到父身边的小候鸟们仿佛解放了天性，他们有着用不完的精力，一会跑到这个景点，一会又跑到那个景点，而爸爸妈妈也紧紧跟在孩子身边，脸上洋溢着幸福的微笑。同时，景区里各色独特的建筑吸引着小燊瑶、小天佑和小铭炜的目光，对于每一个景点他们也充满了好奇，不时缠着爸爸、妈妈问这问那，有着问不完的问题和说不完的话。 而在天虹商场（松瑞店），小天佑仿佛来到了自己的主场，手工、电动纷纷不在话下。在天佑爸爸的陪同和协作下小天佑顺利完成了手编花篮的制作，更是与爸爸一起玩起了电动游戏，享受着别样的父子二人时光。对于话不多的爸爸来说，或许陪着小天佑一起做他想做的事情就是他最满足的事情。 从深圳出发，走过广东、广西、湖南三个省份、五座城市，在12天的时间里，小候鸟·团圆计划第二季摄制组看到了留守儿童的生活现状和无奈，也看到了一家团聚时的温馨和甜蜜，并在最后团聚的欢乐时光里圆满首收官。结束也是开始，虽然小候鸟团圆计划第二季已经结束，但是关爱小候鸟的行动仍在继续……（田志强）
