深圳蒲典网讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 王志明 通讯员 岑锦秀）近日，南山区卫生监督所接到市民匿名举报，声称德维森大厦聚众抽烟现象屡禁不止，物业工作人员劝阻无效，此类现象有越演越烈的趋势。7月25日，南山卫生监督所卫生监督员对德维森大厦开展控烟执法专项检查。据物业反映，三楼楼道偷偷抽烟的情况最为严重，吸烟者且不顾周围有孕妇，依旧我行我素。卫生监督员在到达三楼楼道时当场抓获两名吸烟者，责令其立即停止吸烟行为，并当场开具了《当场行政处罚决定书》，给予每人罚款50元的行政处罚。随后，执法人员又相继在楼道内劝阻企图吸烟者3名，并进行了批评教育。下一步，南山区卫生监督所将通过禁烟执法宣传,大力营造“吸烟有害健康、违禁吸烟受罚”的氛围,依法从严查处共场所违禁吸烟行为,助力全国文明城市创建工作。

深圳蒲典网讯（见圳客户端、深圳蒲典网记者 王志明）“没想到自己不小心摔伤，还有保险公司来赔偿。感谢南山区为老人们购买意外险，帮我们家庭减轻了不少负担。”家住南山区深云村杨女士激动地说，她母亲意外摔伤之后，保险公司很快就将6.475万元送至家中。为了关爱老人，南山区免费为60岁以上的户籍老人购买意外险，杨女士的母亲只是其中的受益者之一。辖区居民代表送锦旗至南山区民政局感谢暖心民生服务南山区委区政府近年来不断落实各项民生工作，为了关爱辖区老人，弘扬传统美德，自2017年起为南山区户籍老年人购买意外险，2017年由福彩公益金资助的统保人群由户籍80周岁以上老人扩大到户籍70周岁以上老人，投入福彩公益金145万元，保障人数18380人；2018年,再次进一步扩大保障人群范围，统保人群达到全区60周岁以上户籍老人全覆盖保费由78元/人/年提高至85元/人/年。2018～2019年为60周岁以上南山户籍老人购买老年人意外保险(1年）保障人数约5.6万人。民生工作，精益求精，南山区民政局也不断对老人意外险服务进行创新探索。2018年，为了让更多的老人受益，南山区扩大了覆盖面，将年龄提前至60周岁以上，共有5.6万老人受益。同时，为了让老人们享受到更好更全面的服务，南山区还通过招投标形式，鼓励更多的保险公司提供更周到的服务，经过公开招标保险公司，承保南山区60周岁及以上户籍老年人意外保险项目。南山区60周岁以上户籍老人采用不计名投保，100%全覆盖，免费享受意外保险福利。“在充分了解南山区民政局对本项目的需求后，进行全面的市场调研和风险评估，量身设计投保方案,在上年度保险方案基础上进行了优化。”中标保险公司相关负责人介绍，针对南山老意外险项目，该公司“量身定制”保险项目和方案，按年龄段进行个性化设计、提高保障额度、增加保障内容，比如针对特殊老年人群体的残疾金双倍给付、扩展中暑责任、增加住院医疗公共保额等。同时，根据南山区民政局的实际需求，最终方案与上一年相比，在人均保费基本持平的情形下，保险保障得到大幅度提升，以便南山区60周岁及以上户籍老年人获得最全面的保险利益。中标保险公司员工去医院看望意外受伤老人据中标保险公司统计，在2018年8月24日至2019年7月14日承保期间，共有122位老人发生意外，索赔金额约269万元。老人意外伤害主要为：撞伤、烫伤、摔伤、扭伤、锯伤、交通事故、夹伤、动物咬伤、刀伤、锉伤。其中最高赔付的是摔伤，理赔金额为7.045万元，最低赔付的是被猫抓伤，获赔268.4元。在理赔金额中，1-6万元之间占大多数，占比为46.06%；1万元以下为44.94%；6万元以上比例为8.99%。“政府真贴心，把我们子女该做的事情做了。”家住阳光带海滨城的陈惠凤老人今年89周岁，去年11月份在外面行走时，被一个顽皮的小孩子不小心撞倒在地，后送往平乐骨伤科医院治疗，发现股骨骨折。治疗期间，她儿子陈先生听说南山区为老人购买意外险后，就致电保险公司，结果理陪服务顺畅快捷，仅10天就收到理赔款6.16万元。“现在城市车多人多，意外风险高，政府免费为老人买意外险，让孩子们更放心和安心。”陈先生说，政府这么周到，这让他们做子女的很感动。“如果家里老人发生意外，记得及时与保险公司联系。“南山区民政局有关负责人提醒，只要你是南山户籍60周岁以上老人，就能免费获得政府为你购买意外险保障。保障范围包括意外身故、意外伤害门诊、意外伤害住院津贴、意外骨折、120急救费用、亲属照顾费用等共十二大项。项目采取不记名投保，无需登记、无需填写个人资料，如果老人在保险期间发生意外伤害，最多可获得25万元的赔偿金额。理赔方式：拨打95500-1热线或通过微信、邮件与工作人员取得联系。因南山区机构改革，今年6月，该项福利实施工作由区民政局移交给区卫健局，两个部门专门召开协调会，就保障经费、业务衔接等充分沟通，实现无缝对接，继续保障南山户籍老人享有更优质的福利。相信在南山区委区政府的有力推动下，南山老人的幸福感和获得感将持续增强。
